Persona 3

Pistil Mother appears in the Harabah Block of Tartarus, from floors 191 to 200. They will attempt to heal other Shadows or themselves when injured.

Persona 4 / Golden

Pistil Mother appears in the first World of Magatsu Mandala within the Midnight Channel. It will try to Silence the party along with using Ice and Wind spells. If left injured, it will heal itself or other Shadows. When defeated, it may drop Queen's Nail. Selling four Queen's Nails at Daidara Metalworks will unlock the Needle Spike for Teddie in the shop.

In Golden, Pistil Mother appears in the 1st and 2nd floor of Magatsu Inaba, and Worlds 1 to 3 of Magatsu Mandala. It has no weaknesses, instead resisting fire and electricity while absorbing Ice and Wind. It loses its ability to heal other Shadows. It may drop Angelite for trade at Shiroku Pub.

Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth

Pistil Mother appears in Special Screening #35: The Shape of Bonds in Act 1 of the fourth Theater, ???. Tasked with finding Hikari's lost item, the party is guided by the talking flowers to a house in a dead end beyond a blocked path. Inspecting the house leads to a battle with a Pistil Mother and two Reckless Okinas. Pistil Mother is weak to Dark, while Reckless Okina is weak to both Fire and Electricity. The Screening is complete once they are defeated.
