Persona 3[]
Phantom Lord appears in the upper half of the Yabbashah Block within Tartarus. The party should be wary of its Mamudo skill.
It reappears later in the second and third section of Ptolomea within the Abyss of Time.
Persona 4 / Golden[]
Phantom Lord appears in Paradises 3 through 5 of Heaven within the Midnight Channel. It will alternate between using Mabufula and Mudoon. When defeated, it may drop Treasure Cloth. Selling eight Treasure Cloths at Daidara Metalworks will unlock the Flying Kato for Yosuke Hanamura for sale in the shop.
Phantom Lords appear more frequently in Heaven's 5th Paradise, and may be accompanied by a Devoted Cupid which will cover their weakness to Electricity with its Blue Wall skill.
In Golden, Phantom Lord appears in Paradises 5 through 7. It now resists both electricity and ice. In battle, it may use Spirit Drain and Megido, the latter of which may be boosted by Mind Charge. It may also drop Aurora Quartz for trade at Shiroku Pub. If Quest #59: Acquire a Modest Lamp is active, Phantom Lords will drop Modest Lamps until the request is completed.
