Persona 3 FES

In The Answer, Phantom Hero appears in Section 1 of Judecca within the Abyss of Time. It has both single- and multi-target Darkness spells, Mind Charge, and a heavy multi-target Almighty skill.

Persona 4 / Golden

Phantom Hero appears on Paths 3 and 4 of Yomotsu Hirasaka within the Midnight Channel. It possesses the strongest single and multi-target Light and Darkness spells and will use them frequently. When defeated, it may drop Demon Cloth. Selling four Demon Cloths at the TV extension of Daidara Metalworks will unlock the Opera Coat male armor in the shop.

In Golden, Phantom Heroes appear on Paths 2 and 3. It is weak to fire and light, resists ice, electricity, and wind, and immune to darkness. It possesses the strongest single-target Light and Darkness spells as well as Foolish Whisper.
