Persona Points (ペルソナポイント, Perusona Pointo)?, commonly abbreviated as PP, is a growth system featured in Persona 5 Strikers. In the absence of Confidants, Persona Points are featured as the main method of powering up Personas outside of fusion.

Persona 5 Strikers[]
Persona Points are a special currency used in the Velvet Room. They are an alternative means to enhancing the strength of Personas owned by the protagonist. Persona Points can be earned by collecting a duplicate of a Persona currently in his stock, collecting a Persona mask while his stock is full, as well as fusing or dismissing Personas. The amount of Persona Points earned is relative to the level and stats of the Persona that was discarded. Fusing Personas counts as dismissal for the purposes of calculating Persona Point gain, thus giving a Persona Point total relative to the value of both Personas fused away.
When the system is introduced, the protagonist has the option to Level Up one of their owned Personas. By spending Persona Points, the protagonist can directly increase the level of a selected Persona, with the Persona Point cost being relative to the remaining Experience needed for the Persona to reach the target level.
After making progress in the game, Lavenza will eventually unlock the option to pay to increase individual stats of Personas, rather than just all at once. The cost to increase a given stat for a Persona scales relative to the current stat value of the Persona and the target stat value.
Increasing Personas' stats by spending Persona Points results in an extension of the function that is described as "accumulated power." Using a Persona whose stats were increased by spending Persona Points as a material in fusion will grant the resulting Persona a stat boost, with the value of the stat boost being both a natural product of fusion and a portion of the stats gained through spending Persona Points. A Persona fusion that will result in a stat boost via accumulated power will be noted by Lavenza remarking about the accumulated power prior to confirming the fusion. A fused Persona that inherited stats via accumulated power can continue to pass down stats via further fusions, as accumulated power does not degrade regardless of the number of fusions performed.
A fusion accident will cause the resulting Persona to inherit a large amount of accumulated power at random in the form of a substantial stat boost.
If the "All-Out Attack Pack" DLC has been bought, 10,000 Persona Points will be gifted.
