Panta Rhei (万物流転, Banbutsuryuuten)? is a damage-dealing Wind skill.
History[]
Panta rhei ("everything flows") is a philosophy credited to Heraclitus of Ephesus. He believes everything in the universe is ever-changing, and that nothing is static. The word rhei ("to stream") is etymologically related to Rhea according to Plato's Cratylus.
