Ringo and company head to Ozaki Hope Towers on a tip from Raven, stating that Yatagarasu agents spotted Iron Mask and Zenon entering and leaving the premises. Even knowing it might be a trap, the party opts to look for the pair there during the new moon, based on a tip from Victor may be weakened at that time due to his status as a Zoma.
Investigating the elevators reveals that they are shut off when not in use, requiring the party to find a power switch in order to make use of the elevators. In the room with the switch, the party comes across a Moth-like Demon, which will use Pilferage to drain most of the party's MP before escaping during the same turn. After dealing with the accompanying group of Apsaras, Ringo is free to power up the front elevators.
The party will again encounter a Moth-like Demon on the second floor, which again rips most of their MP away before escaping, leaving them to fend off the rest of the ambush consisting of 4 Principalities. Speaking to the demon blocked off by the Moth-like Demon nets the party the Blue Cardkey.
On the third floor, the party will happen upon the Moth-like Demon guarding the white cardkey. It simply laughs at Ringo when she says she knows it's going to just drain her stamina before it rips half the party's HP away and escapes, leaving them to deal with two Chimera that were accompanying it.
On the fourth floor, the party once again confronts Ash as she guards the skybridge between the two towers. Following the confrontation, Ash again runs off, leaving the party to work their way down Tower B and into the basement. Shortly after reaching the basement, the party comes across Ash again, where she will briefly talk with the party.
At the end of the area, the party walks into a large room, with the Moth-like Demons finally sprining a trap which leaves the entire party paralyzed and unable to defend themselves. Iron Mask uses this opportunity to coerce Figue into bringing him the yellow Covenant. After she arrives, Figue is forced to surrender her Covenant to Zenon. The following events lead to the party confronting and defeating both Iron Mask and Zenon, but Iron Mask is able to escape with four of the dispersed Covenants after Zenon is killed. Mimi informs the party that the Figue that Zenon killed was a drone body, and that she will discuss the situation in detail once the party has returned to the safety of the safehouse.

- Zenon's aura will change during the fight with every use of Contract's Ward. He will repel the element corresponding to the aura's color, be weak to the element opposite his aura's color, and resist all other damage types.
- When faced as a boss in Ozaki Hope Towers C, Pazuzu will use Miasma Breath when his HP is low, applying progressively increasing damage each turn before the Sabbath is executed.
Risky Enemies[]
Risky enemies are leveled and will become stronger as the party does. Once the party approaches their level, risky enemies will begin appearing as the next set of demons.
