Raidou goes to meet the owner of Ryugu while investigating the Red Cape for Tae Asakura in Chapter 2. Narumi will send Raidou to the restaurant, as he has built up a substantial tab and is avoiding the restaurant's owner. Raidou will also ask her about the rickshaw runner associated with Kiyoshi Daidouji, Denpachi Iida, and will be pointed to Fukagawa-Cho to look for him.

The owner of Ryugu is persistent in settling Narumi's debt, and will call the Narumi Detective Agency to inquire about when Narumi plans to settle his debt, much to Narumi's dismay.

In Chapter 5, Raidou will be able to visit the Ryugu Restuarant, where she will give Case Files when Raidou talks to her.
