Outfits (衣装*)? are a special type of equipment in the series.
Overview[]
Outfits, unlike other equipment, has no effect in battle. It primarily has cosmetic changes, which change the user's appearance, generally just an outfit. Those kinds of items are generally sold as DLC.
In technical terms, within sets of outfits, there are multiple different items of the same name that only differ between who wears them. As such, outfits aren't strictly individual items. Additionally, some outfits may only be obtained when the respective combatant has joined the party, further differentiating them as individual costumes.
