Shikigami are conjured beings in Japanese folklore, brought to life through a complex conjuring ceremony. They were commonly associated with onmyōjis, technical officers in charge of divination and geomorphology in ancient Japan.

The Old Ghastly Dress can be acquired by washing Sooty Yorishiro in Yongen-Jaya's laundromat, which costs ¥400 to use.
Clothing Grab Bag[]
The Old Ghastly Dress can be acquired via the Clothing Grab Bag during Madarame's Palace. The bag yields four items, each being one of three pieces of "old" armor only available during that period.
