The Old Coat can be acquired by washing Sooty Cat's Armor in Yongen-Jaya's laundromat, which costs ¥400 to use.
Clothing Grab Bag[]
The Old Coat can be acquired via the Clothing Grab Bag during Kaneshiro's Palace. The bag yields four items, each being one of three pieces of "old" armor available only during that period.
