General spells[]
- In Megami Ibunroku Persona, the line of Frei spells target 1 enemy including Freidyne, unlike other -dyne spells which deal damage to an area. The equivalents of "Mafrei" spells are instead represented by "Megido" spells due to the lack of the non-elemental Almighty Skills.
- In Persona 2: Innocent Sin, Frei spells target all enemies. There is only 1 Nuclear fusion spell.
- In Persona 2: Eternal Punishment, Frei spells target 1 group of enemies instead. All four Nuclear fusion spells target all enemies.
- In Persona 5, Nuclear skills inflict Technical damage if the target is suffering Burn (inflicted by Fire Skills, replacement of Poison), Freeze, or Shock.

- Nova Kaiser from Persona 2: Innocent Sin is incorrectly stated in-game to deal Nuclear + Light damage, but it actually deals Almighty + Light damage. Its Eternal Punishment counterpart, Nova Cyther, does indeed deal Nuclear damage.
