The reanimated corpse of a clemar noble. Noble Mornetos first appear in the Regalith Grand Cathedral, where they are among the undead minions Zorba sends to stop the party.
One also appears in the Guest Room in the Regalith Grand Cathedral alongside a Soldier Morneto and three Civilian Morneto.
