In the Japanese version of Persona 5 Strikers, the Neckerchief is explicitly described to be colored "Lemon." (レモン色のネッカチーフ; 謎の素材で出来ている*)?[1] Specifically, it's a pale and bright yellow color that has no red tint, but rather leans towards green.[2]
Persona Q2 has a literal translation of the game, and describes the item as "lemon-colored."
