Mystic Change is a function of the Goumaden in Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers. Mystic Change allows you to change a Dumb or Sly personality into an item once they reach maximum Loyalty. A Sly demon will get you weapons, armor, etc. depending on the demon. Dumb demons, however, have a small chance of being turned into a Dream Ticket which can be turned into the bank for money. But if they aren't turned into a Dream Ticket, they are instead turned into a mere Life Stone.
Doing Hanoun's requests at the Pet Shop will give you in-game information about Mystic Changes and lists about what you can get through the process.
