Persona 3

Muttering Tiara can be found throughout the Thebel Block in Tartarus. During the battle with Arcana Priestess, two slightly stronger variations will be summoned as support. They will appear yet again in Cocytus within the Abyss of Time.

Like the previous games, Muttering Tiara appears in the Thebel Block of Tartarus, and is now featured as tutorial enemies.

Two Muttering Tiaras appear as allies for the first and third boss in the Monad Passage of the second half of the Yabbashah Block of Tartarus. They mostly provide support by using party wide debuffs or attacking with Garula.
