Moonlight Frost deals Severe Ice damage to all enemies. It pierces, ignoring resistances and shields.
Moonlight Frost may only be used if the user prepares himself in the previous turn, which signals their upcoming use of the skill. Preparing oneself uses up a turn icon. When used by the protagonist, the preparation turn is skipped.
