Monad is an extra, optional block of Tartarus in Persona 3.

Monad becomes available after the player reaches the top of the Adamah Block, appearing as an enormous door to the right of the stairs in the entrance. It has only 10 floors, but contains Shadows of level 90 and above, which are an excellent way to level up and reach Level 99 quickly. On the 10th floor is located a chest that contains 1,000,000 yen.
Monad is avaible right on the beginning of the second cycle as well, and is part of Elizabeth's 55th quest, where the player must fight her on the 10th floor.
Visually, it resembles the Thebel Block, but with an orange color theme, instead of green.
