Minotaur IV may be found in the upper half of the second section of the Yabbashah Block within Tartarus. It appears alone in battle, so it is represented by a smaller Shadow crawling along the floor. Its Fear Boost skill makes it more likely that its Evil Smile will affect the party.
Minotaur IV appears again within the first section of Antenora within the Abyss of Time.
Persona 4 / Golden[]
Minotaur IV appears in the 3rd, 8th, and 9th Paradise of Heaven within the Midnight Channel. It will alternate between magical and physical attacks. Despite not having set strengths and resistances, it will slightly reduce damage from Physical attacks and takes twice as much damage from Elemental spells. When defeated, it may drop Heavy Chains. Selling eight Heavy Chains at Daidara Metalworks will unlock the Oni-Gawara for Kanji Tatsumi.
In Golden, it appears in Paradise 6 through 9 in Heaven. It is solely a physical attacker, using Bash and Vile Assault alongside regular strikes. It may drop Sunstone for trade at Shiroku Pub.
