Persona 3

Mind Dice appear in the second half of the Yabbashah Block within Tartarus. They'll try to make frequent use of Panic and Charm ailments on the party.

It reappears later in the second and third section of Ptolomea within the Abyss of Time.

Persona 4 / Golden

Mind Dice appears on B7F and B8F of the Secret Laboratory within the Midnight Channel. When even one Mind Dice becomes damaged, the others may use Last Resort, which will destroy both in the process. When defeated, it may drop Mental Thread. Selling ten Mental Threads at Daidara Metalworks will unlock the Pegasus Strap accessory in the shop.

In Golden, Mind Dice appears on B5F to B8F. It no longer resists all elemental spells, but gains an immunity to physical attacks. It may use Debilitate on party members, but are only able to attack with regular attacks and Last Resort. Selling six Mental Threads is enough to unlock the Pegasus Strap in the shop. It may also drop Buffalo Stone for trade at Shiroku Pub.

Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth

Mind Dice appears on floors 1 through 4 and 8 through 9 of the Clock Tower. It si weak to Dark, attacks with Hamaon, may put the party to sleep, and can Self Destruct. When defeated, it may drop Ring Piece, Ring Lump, and Fire Ring Lump. Ring Piece is used to create the Rappa for Koromaru and Yosuke and the Talisman Cape unisex armor. Ring Lump is used to create the Kakitsubata for Junpei and the P4 hero. Fire Ring Lump, only obtainable by killing Mind Dice with Fire, is used to create the Claw of Revenge for Teddie, the Quintessence Bow for Yukari, the Megido Gun for Naoto, and the Pashupata for Zen.

Persona Q2: New Cinema Labyrinth

Mind Dice appears on Lab Floors 2 through 4 of the third Theater, A.I.G.I.S. It attacks with Hamaon, may put the party to sleep, and can Self-Destruct. When defeated, it may drop White Dice Core and Dice Plate. White Dice Core is used to create the Superconductor for the P5 hero, the Nagamitsu and Toragozen for Yusuke, the Shadow Dancer for Mitsuru, the Death Contract for Haru, the Medusa* for Aigis, the Beam Naginata for the P3P heroine, the En-Giri for Koromaru and Yosuke, the Suzaku Fan for Yukiko, the Sci-fi Raygun for Naoto, and the 7-Fold Yukata female armor. Dice Plate is used to create the Morph Axe for Haru, the Drowsy Shield for Kanji, the Tizona for the P3 hero, the Scorpion for Ken, and the Aigis Armor v1 for Aigis.
