Minato (港区) is a location in the series.

Minato is the first location in Da'at. At first, it is simply referred to as the "Netherworld," the world the region is in, before having to be distinguished once Shinagawa is unlocked, which would then be corrected twice: from "Netherworld: Minato," and then to "Da'at: Minato," to maintain consistency with the name of the world.
The Diet Building is accessed from the northern end of Minato; in real life, the Diet Building is located in the neighboring ward Chiyoda.
