Minami has pale skin, brown eyes and brown hair tied in a ponytail with a yellow ribbon. She wears a with T-shirt with that says "TKM!" in pink, with a heart at the bottom of the exclamation mark, a graphic resembling the head of a rabbit and a pink collar with a pink stripe under a sky blue jacket with pleated cuffs and hem and denim shorts.

Persona 5: The Phantom X[]
Minami is a first year high school student, and currently assists her father on his izakaya operation after school. She is noted to be kind and compassionate to anyone who walks in, and responsible enough to be relied by her neighbor on taking care of their child during their busy time.
She admires her late mother as a nurse helping people, and dreams of becoming a nurse as well, but has to hide this desire within herself due to familial changes.[1]
