The Millennium Kingdom is the goal of all those within the Order of Messiah, regarded as a time when everyone can live in a peaceful, ordered reign overseen by the gods.
Throughout the Shin Megami Tensei series, the creation of the Millenium Kingdom is the ultimate goal of the Order of Messiah. Even though it is proclaimed to be a paradise where those living within are looked after by God, the true reality of the Kingdom is that only a select few would be allowed to live in the Kingdom, while all others would be forsaken and left to die.
