Mikiya was once a member of the band Moloch who committed suicide due to stressful issues with the band. Several of the city's residents mention that they see his ghost on television.

"Origin: JapanMikiya was originally the keyboardist for the band Moloch. As the band played on, musical differences began to emerge betweent the other members, and Mikiya felt isolated. Due to his difficulty in communicating due to his autism, this feeling of isolation gradually deepened. He continued to languish until he took his own life.
The resentment he felt turnd him into a ghost, and he formed a band with Speedy and Juila."

Mikiya is one of the three servants of the Orgone Ghost and can be fought in the Toa TV Station.
