The Metaphor: ReFantazio manga is an adaptation of the original Metaphor: ReFantazio game, with its first chapter released January 20, 2025.
Overview[]
The manga follows the protagonist, Will, and is journey throughout the land of Euchronia. The story follows the game it adapts with slight differences in the story.
Notable Differences:[]
- Strohl (not Hulkenberg) was present in the carriage with Will.
- Will & Gallica meet Maria shortly after entering Grand Trad and Will reads to her from the Fantasy Novel.
- Will and Strohl do not enter the army.
- Maria is kidnaped and Will and Strohl rescue her, leading to Maria introducing them to Grius.
- The group does not explore Regalith Grand Cathedral, instead fighting Zorba's undead in the courtyard.
- Grius's corpse is not reanimated.
- The group does not fight Zorba.
- Will unlocks the Seeker Archetype when fighting against against Homo Avades.
