Design[]
Mayumi has pale skin, short, spiky black hair with a white streak on the right side tied in twin tails, blue eyes, and a choker with a lightning bolt pendant. She wears a black serafuku with a yellow scarf under a blue and white racing jacket with a garter on her left thigh, shin length black socks with a wreath on the right side and black shoes with thick soles.
As Turbo, she wears a white spiky mask, a skin tight black top with detached sleeves, a blue stripe and yellow lettering on the chest on top of a grey part from the chest to below the navel, devices on the bare hips, yellow stripes on the thighs, and high heels. She wields a flagpole with a black and white checkered racing flag with a spearhead at the tip.
Personality[]
Mayumi is passionate about auto racing. She loves car racing when she was a child, her experience verbally bullied by her classmates at her school.
When her school bullies try to hurt her again by rudely talking down to her and slandering her dreams, she remains calm and ignored her mean classmates left them speechless.

Persona 5: The Phantom X[]
Mayumi is a second-year student, who once dreamed of becoming a racing driver, but gave up due to her physical flaw. Still, she holds a strong desire to participate in auto racing.
She often plays auto racing arcade games at Gigolo Arcade in Akihabara, and gets to know the protagonist there. With the help of the protagonist, Mayumi has a new goal of becoming a race queen to promote auto racing.
