Effect[]
Matarunda decreases all enemies' attack power.
In Shin Megami Tensei NINE, Matarunda decreases the physical attack power of all enemies by one level for 3 turns. It is a combo skill, used when at least two party members cast Tarunda at the same time.
In Persona 4 and Persona 5, Matarunda lasts for 3 turns.
