Marogareh (マロガレ, Marogare)^? is the initial Magatama of the Demi-fiend in Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne.

History

"Marogareh" is derived from the Japanese verb "Marogaru" which means "to solidify in a sphere." Connected to the idea of forming the earth from primordial chaos.

Profile

After the Conception, the young child the protagonist encountered earlier dropped the Marogareh Magatama onto the protagonist's eye, forcefully fusing the demonic parasite with the protagonist, transforming him into the legendary Demi-fiend. Its final skill, Pierce, can only be unlocked by completing the Labyrinth of Amala.
