Profile[]
Raidou and Gouto arrive in Mannen-Cho in search of Goro Tatsumi, pursuing a tip that he deals with outiders and may have information on Dahn's location from Satake Kenzou. After being told the password to the gambling parlor by Osamu Kogure, Raidou can meet Tatsumi at the gambling parlor. Tatsumi will clam up after being shown Dahn's picture, pretending not to recognize the "bumpkin." Reading his mind with the Read Mind investigation skill from a Pagan Order demon, Raidou and Gouto will note his concern over a bug, but Tatsumi will flee when asked about it. The resulting chase sees Raidou having to use the Transform skill from a Skill Order demon to assume Tatsumi's form in order to follow him through areas with locals covering for him. Tatsumi will still manage to slip away repeatedly, leading Raidou on a chase throughout the rest of Mannen-Cho, ending on the rooftops, where the chase is interrupted by two masked men with funny accents.
The men will mention Dahn while casting a spell called the "Fukorutsubo" on Raidou, trapping him in a supernatural maze he must navigate in order to escape. Surprised at being confronted by Raidou again within the Fukorutsubo, the two masked men summon Jiromaru in the hope of intimidating the Devil Summoner. The two men are shocked that Raidou could defeat Jiromaru, leading to them appearing to cast a spell on Raidou, with Raidou feeling something leave his body as a result. The two disappear immediately afterward, stating that Raidou is now as good as dead, and the Fukorutsubo spell crumbles around Raidou soon after leaving him back on the rooftops of Mannen-Cho. The sky almost immediately darkens, however, and Raidou and Gouto find themselves beset by Binbou-gami. With Raidou and his demons being completely unable to hit Binbou-gami, Gouto suggests a retreat, only to find that Raidou has disappeared completely.
Raidou finds himself facing an entity taking the form of a student wearing a strange mask in another realm. The entity warns him of a day of disaster coming, but states that Raidou wanting to be Raidou is a sign of hope for the future. Raidou will soon awaken back at the Narumi Detective Agency, having been found unconscious by Tae Asakura and brought inside.
