Machete is a weapon in the series.

History

A machete is a broad blade used as both an agricultural implement and weapon. The blade is typically 12 to 18 inches long and usually under 0.12 inches thick. In the Spanish language, the word is possibly a diminutive form of the word macho, which was used to refer to sledgehammers. Alternatively, its origin may be machaera, the name given by the Romans to the falcata.
