Profile[]
One of the original Seven Philosophers following the Great Cataclysm who participated in the founding of Shinjuku Babel. As disagreements piled up, he eventually withdrew with the members of the Cult of Gaia to construct Fu'un Castle in Ueno and founded the chaos city of Souhonzan.
After receiving the DB License, the player acts as a diplomat in opening lines of communication with Lord Doukan in order to use the Cult of Gaia's resources to combat Ogami. He requires the player to battle against Surt in the Ichigaya Obelisk in order to determine if they are worthy.
