Shio - She's a clerk that works in the Jack Frost themed Hee Haw Mart. Her appearance is a reference to Anna from the Fire Emblem series.
Yashiro Tsurugi (剣弥代) - Not much is known about him, but he an idol just like Kiria. He appears on a billboard in Shibuya. Not officially revealed as a player-character, screenshots depict his image in the battle UI with an icon indicating a sword-wielding class such as Myrmidon.
Masked Rider Raiba - He is the main lead of children’s TV show, Masqueraider. It is uncertain what he actually looks like without the mask.
