The sprite [[Burroughs]] in a Gauntlet will provide Apps to assist a Samurai. Apps can be obtained by purchasing them with App Points, which Flynn gets 10 of every level. However, <span style="line-height:20px;">Flynn can not obtain all of the Apps with the App Points received from leveling alone, so he must find different means.</span>

*10-Point Cards and 20-Point Cards can be found either in the main game or in DLC, and can be used to obtain App Points.

*40 App Points can be obtained by StreetPassing someone with ''Etrian Odyssey IV: Legends of the Titans'' data just once.
