* Lotus Flower is a unique item which is only obtainable by accepting the request from an ex-Solid member George Black outside the Karma Temple after defeating Ravana in the previous game. Then import that data to Digital Devil Saga 2 and talk to Amelia in Sala Park and receive this item. Keep the flower until reaching the Sun 5th Layer 1F and deliver it to George's solar data will gain the player a Soma.

- Unless stated otherwise, the extra effect of Karma Ring is only effective to the wearer.
- Extra effect only activates if the wearer is the active combatant and alive.
- Party member will remove the Karma Ring automatically if they leave the party.

Karma Ring add-on gems
- Gems are inserted into the Karma Ring to provide extra stat bonuses as long as the remaining slots on the Karma Ring suffice. Player may remove all installed gems to make room for another gems to be inserted. The removal irreversibly destroys all previously installed gems on that ring.
