History[]
Mercury, also known as quicksilver ("live-silver"), is a chemical element. Its symbol, Hg, is an abbreviation of hydrargyrum, a romanized form of the ancient Greek word hydrargyros meaning "water-silver." In alchemy, the seven metals known before the 16th century were associated with the seven planets. Quicksilver was associated with the fastest planet, named after the Roman god Mercury. Alchemists thought of mercury as the First Matter from which all metals were formed.

Liquid Mercury is a material that can only be used while crafting certain infiltration tools.
It is an ingredient in Megido Bomb (x2) and Eternal Lockpick (x10).
