In Shin Megami Tensei NINE, Last Resort deals Strike damage to all enemies.
In Megami Ibunroku Persona, Last Resort deals physical damage equal to the user's current HP to all foes. However, it cannot kill enemies and will instead leave them with at least 1 HP.
In Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne, Last Resort deals heavy Almighty damage to all enemies and allies. It instantly kills the user upon use, but cannot be dodged.
In Tokyo Mirage Sessions ♯FE, Last Resort deals medium Almighty damage to all enemies and kills the user.
