A childhood friend of the hero from the village of Ain. He is actually one of the two survivors of the child massacre of Magoku along with Yuri and is adopted by a woman in Ein. He is in a relationship with his childhood friend Medea, but leaves to join Magoku to try to get stronger and protect everyone. But this changes after he finds they have captured Solion. He attempts to find her within the ranks of Magoku while Yuri travels in direct opposition of them. Unfortunately, they only find her just in time to watch her die.
Seeing her death drives Larsa insane, so he decides he will become the monster king. He rejects Medea and begins to grow incredibly in gaia power, believing himself to be Gryas. After being confronted by Ganzu, he finds out Medea has been killed by pirates after he left, further driving him to insanity and causing him to easily defeat Ganzu. He then witnesses his hated enemies, Medoch and Magoku, killed by their own creations and sees them as no different than the demons. Using the Gaia power he has accumulated, he creates the underworld with the intention of it consuming the planet and starting over, but gives Yuri the chance to stop him by telling him his exact location in a dream. The two battle, and Larsa is mortally wounded, revealing that he had realized that Yuri was the one who was Gryas. He gives Yuri his pendant and El's staff (which helps Yuri's party remember their true identities), and admits to hoping to see Medea again before passing on. His legacy continued, however, as his underworld was taken over by Black Gaia.
