The Lady race are a race of Light-Chaos-aligned demons of the Gods species that are commonly high-ranking earth goddesses, mother goddesses and/or fertility goddesses of various pantheons or otherwise the female consort of a chaotic deity, such as Parvati/Durga/Kali, being the wives of Shiva, and Kushinada-hime being the wife of Susano-o. They may still maintain a benevolent personality, but not always. Ladies are less apt at healing than the Megami race but have more variety with their spells.
Like most goddesses, Ladies are not very good at using physical attacks. They wield a wide range of magic, usually offensive and defensive spells. Ladies, like all light-aligned races, are difficult to fuse.
Hariti, Asherah, Isis, Black Maria, and Xi Wangmu must be unlocked before they can be obtained. Xi Wangmu is unlocked during the main quest, while Hariti, Asherah, Isis, and Black Maria must be unlocked through optional Challenge Quests.
"Mothers of the Earth itself. They give unconditional love, compassion, and nurturing. But when human blood is spilled, they stain everything in its vengeful color, especially when that blood belongs to their sons or guardians… Perhaps in ancient times, blood was associated with healing as well as harm."
