Kyoka Ochimizu is a character from Persona 4: Dancing All Night.

Design
Ochimizu is an elegant women with shoulder-length wavy black hair and one white steak on her right side, and brown eyes. She wears a white dress with a black crisscross pattern, and a light teal blue blazer over her shoulders with a golden, flower-like pin. She also wears black sunglasses over her head.
Personality
Ochimizu has a mature, cold,and responsible personality. She often cold and looks down toward Rise. Orhimizu can be strict and work the idols she trained hard. She has a strangely habits telling the idols she trained random folk tales.
Plot
Not much is known about her, but she's the producer of ConnecFES. In one chapter, she saves Kanami from being pulled into a portal that leads to the Midnight Stage.
After Tamami was saved, Kyoka somehow appeared from a room that resembles the back room, unharmed, where she explains when she arrive here, Shadows avoided her and disappeared. She decided to accompany Tamami, while the Investigation Team save Tomoe.
She later appear after Tomoe was saved, she revealed more about the decreased idol, Yuko Osada and she was the one who arranged the song, "The Morning Glory, Calystegia" for the Kanamin Group to performed. She decided again to keep Tomoe accompany like before a while Yu's team go regroup with Rise's team.
