Kouki Kamikawa is a member of Ex-Harajuku shelter's Devil Busters. After refusing Dantalion's suggestion, Kamikawa and Tetsuya Sonoda come to Ayato Katsuragi and suggest joining resistance named Pentagrama. He fights with Ayato for a while. But when they beat Bael, Bael make a last-ditch hit and Kamikawa is attacked instead of Ayato. He died relieved to learn that Ayato was safe.

- The name Kouki means "public, duke, prince, lord, companion, subordiante, open" (公) (kou) and "radiance, shine, sparkle, gleam, twinkle" (輝) (ki).
- Kouki's surname Kamikawa means "above, top, upper" (上) (kami) and "river, stream" (河) (kawa).
