Kingdoms are a realm in the Metaverse ruled by Legionnaires, and are the main settings and locations in Persona 5 Tactica.

Overview[]
The Kingdoms are a mysterious world where the Phantom Thieves of Hearts was transported to when they hung out at Café Leblanc. They ended up in a seemingly European medieval kingdom and encountered Erina, the leader of the Rebel Corps who was resisting the tyrannical rule of Marie Anto, and Toshiro Kasukabe, a politician from the real world. The Phantom Thieves later learned of the existence of other kingdoms whose rulers were somehow connected to Toshiro's past.
It is later revealed that the realm is created by Salmael from Toshiro's cognition with the purpose of breaking his will of rebellion, as his mind was being protected by Erina, his subconscious desires made manifest. He instead dragged Toshiro into the Kingdoms physically in an attempt to directly kill him by using the tyrants who were manifested from his traumatic memories and the people who torment him in the real life.
