The King of Bel is a title given to one with the Bel power accumulated through slaying the other competitors then proving themselves worthy to Babel, the King of Bel has power and command of all demons to do as the winner wills.
Origins
Just before the battle with Belial, Loki explains the history of the war. In 2500 BC, a powerful demon named Bel ruled the world. However, Yehowah defeated Bel in 600 BC. Bel broke into pieces, and these pieces became the Bel demons.
