Design[]
Kayo has chin-length brown hair, brown eyes and a beauty mark below her left eye. She wears a beige collared shirt beneath a blazer with bronze buttons, blue jeans and black bit loafers. She accessorizes with pearl earrings, a pearl necklace, a bronze bangle, pinkish tan nail polish and a white belt.
As Okyann, she appears as a youthful gyaru with tan skin and black lipstick. She has tailbone-length blonde hair partially wrapped into two beehives adorned with gold straps, neon yellow gloves, skintight leather pants, a high-necked extended crop top with a keyhole, knee-high furry boots decorated with hearts and crisscrossing segmented lines, yellow earrings and a black and yellow mask. In addition to the belt slung around her hips, she has another one on her waist that's attached to her top by two black straps. She has a flip phone with an LCD screen on the outside of the top, a yellow ribbon and bejeweled pentacle charm dangling from it.

Persona 5: The Phantom X[]
Okyann acts as a Navigator in battle. She is the protagonist's neighbor who would often see him when he was younger and currently a full-time housewife. In the past she was a fashion designer; however, she quit after having kids.[1][2] In her Synergy link, it’s revealed she wants to connect more with the younger generation.

Trivia[]
- She is the first Persona user whose appearance completely changes when she's in the Metaverse. This is due to the fact her Phantom Idol is based on younger self as opposed to her current self.
- The intro animation for her navi skills was changed during Beta 2.
- On August 20, 2024, Kayo's Japanese voice actress, Atsuko Tanaka, passed away due to battling an undisclosed illness, and due to this, she has not reappeared after her voice actress's passing.
