Raidou Kuzunoha vs. The Soulless Army

Kasumidai is located on the west side of the Capital and becomes the focus of Raidou's attention after his confrontation with Rasputin in Harumi-Cho. The dark summoner stated that Kaya Daidouji was being kept in Kasumidai to work with a secret Super Soldier Project being conducted in the area. Tae Asakura will approach Shouhei Narumi while he and Raidou are discussing the case, asking for an escort to an interview where the project is mentioned by a soldier in the area.

Upon arriving in Kasumidai, Tae states that they are looking for someone with a mole on their face. A conversation between two soldiers just to the east of where she stands reveals that the person in question is in fact a military deserter and was last seen near a guard box at the north end of the area. A soldier on watch will prevent Raidou from advancing north, so Gouto suggests that Raidou look around for ways to get rid of him.

Talking to a loose-lipped soldier to the west in front of the Diet Building reveals that a nearby cannon is used to signal the shift change of the guards. Having a demon of the Pyro Order use Ignite on the cannon will cause the soldier to the north to vacate his post, leaving Raidou free to advance. However, the soldier near the guard box is not the person that Raidou is looking for.

After the soldier states that anyone connected to the deserter is likely to be held suspect, Gouto tells Raidou that they must get Tae away from the area, forcefully if needed. However, upon returning to her location, all that can be found is Tae's camera. Having the film developed by the owner of Konnou-Ya reveals that Tae and her contact have been drawn into the Dark Realm. Dark Kasumidai is now unlocked for exploration and Raidou must head in to rescue Tae.

Raidou arrives to find Tae and her contact surrounded by Zombie Officers. After dealing with the threat, Tae's contact introduces himself as Sadakichi. He reveals that Major General Munakata is heading a suspicious project and the more he participated, the more disgusted he became, until he tried to slip away and contact Tae. He says he took some important files, but lost them at some point. He then asks Raidou to search the area for them. Raidou will need a demon with the Inspect, Fly and Sneak skills to collect all of the documents. A couple of Zombie Officer NPCs will give hints to the location of the document pages when asked. For the final document, use Ignite on the Zombie Officer to learn that another Zombie Officer has the document, and it will show up after wandering around the east gate.

After returning to Sadakichi with the report, he will go into details about the project, and confirm that Kaya Daidouji is the girl involved with the project. The conversation is interrupted by the appearance of Nebiros, who came seeking Sadakichi. After the battle, Sadakichi tells Raidou to check the Subterranean Shipbuilding Facility for Kaya, located underneath Cannon Battery #4, east of Harumi-Cho on a small island. The password will be 49399221. Sadakichi will promise to look after Tae while Raidou goes to investigate, leaving him free to leave the area.
