Kalki is the tenth and final avatar of the Hindu deity Vishnu, his appearance heralding the end of a foul and ignorant world. His appearance will end Kali Yuga and establish Dharma/morality.
While not making a physical appearance in the Shin Megami Tensei IV Apocalypse, Krishna refers to Flynn as his "Kalki," which is his version of a Godslayer, representing the tenth avatar of Vishnu that'll remake the world and as a foreshadowing for Vishnu-Flynn. In the game, Krishna transforms himself and Flynn into the Vishnu Avatar and the Divine Powers themselves seek the goal of making a new world.
