Jotun of Power appears in the upper half of the second section of the Yabbashah Block within Tartarus. It is usually alone, so will be represented by a smaller Shadow in the overworld.
It may later be found in the first section of Caina within the Abyss of Time.
In Golden, it only appears in B8F. It may also drop Rose Quartz for trade at Shiroku Pub.

Jotun of Power appears on floors 1, 2, and 5 of the Clock Tower. Weak to Ice, it attacks with Physical skills and may increase its and allies' attack with Matarukaja. When defeated, it may drop B Horse Piece, B Horse Cuffs, and B Horse Chain. B Horse Piece is used to create the King's Bullet for Zen. B Horse Cuffs is used to create the Dragoon for Naoto. B Horse Chain is used to create the Dragon Scale male armor.

Jotun of Power appears in Special Screening #14: Those Who Stand At the Top in the first Theater, Kamoshidaman. Elizabeth mentions incidents occuring in Kamoshidaman, but doesn't specify what, prompting the party to investigate. It is revealed that a Jotun of Power has been teaming up with two Apostate Towers to gang up on young women and steal their wallets. In an attempt to lure them out, Mitsuru waits in an alleyway with everybody else hiding to ambush them. Once the Shadows appear, the group is thrown into battle. Jotun of Power is weak to both Fire and Wind, but resists Ice and Light. Once the battle is over, the Screening is complete.
