The Itsumade is an ominous bird born from the spirit of a person who starves to death that appears in the Taihei chronicles. It has the body of a snake, the face of a human, and the wings of a bird. It appears during times of plague. Its cry, "Itsumade!" is a plea for the dead of "How much longer?" till they are appeased.

Itsumade appears in the Toyosu Shelter and the northern areas of the Fairy Forest, past the central gate, as well as the Konganji Passage within Ginza. It can pass on the Makakaja, Mazan, Mudo and Rakunda skills during Demon Whisper. Itsumade receives a bonus to any support, Force and ailment skills learned.
A horde of Itsumade serve as the boss of the Challenge Quest "[Inv] Retrieve Smartphone." They have set up a Domain around Asakusa Land, requiring Nanashi to reach the end in order to face them and retrieve the smartphone and bodies of the deceased Hunter supply party. This horde shared Itsumade's Ice weakness, but Gun skills will only deal normal damage.
