Inui was a
well-known veteran Imperial officer (or colonel) who was said to have committed suicide with his entire forces for unknown reasons. It was said that after his death, Inui became a Ghost (or Undead) that haunts the area where he died.

"Origin: JapanThe former Imperial Army captain and leader of the special forces. After suffering defeat 50 years ago, he commited suicide along his men. Their sorrowful thoughts turned them into evil spirits. Captain Inu organised a secret special force with the Imperial Army's strongest soldiers. Though he did not agree with the tactics, he fulfilled his mision by carrying out numerous acts of sabotage during the war.
He did not feel emotions, but he fought in the earnest belief of the Empire's victory. As soon as he hear the news of his defeat, he immediately commited suicide. Although a memorial was built, his thoughts of regret transformed him into a ghost."
Inui is the ghost of a veteran who committed suicide. He is fought alongside four Platoon Soldiers in the Casa Inui apartment.
Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers[]
Inui appears at the end of Dungeon P, a section of the Extra Dungeon that heavily resembles Dungeon Q. He can only be reached if the protagonist walked over certain tiles that turn into pits afterwards.
