Inugami's Head (イヌガミの首, Inugami no kubi)? is a key item.

Inugami's Head cannot be used for anything, and can only be traded to Baphomet in Shinagawa, Shinagawa Pier in sets of 5. Because of this, the item can only be dropped when the "Magic from the East" quest has been opened as well as once it's been completed as Baphomet is still open to trade.
