Intrepid Knight appears as a sub-boss in Arqa Block, found on the 59th floor of Tartarus. It impedes the party's progress and must be fought in order to continue. Intrepid Knight will use Wind attacks, so Junpei is not recommended. It may also use Hama, so finding a Persona that resists or blocksLight attacks can be useful. Intrepid Knight is susceptible to Rage, which will raise its attack power, but in turn prevent it from using skills and lower its defense.
It resists Charm, Distress, and Panic, is neutral to Rage, and blocks all other ailments. Charm and Panic can make it completely harmless for some time, though inflicting either on it is somewhat hard. Using a Persona like Narcissus with Charm Boost and Marin Karin or Sexy Dance, as well as having Mitsuru cast Marin Karin and Yukari attack with a Bow of Affection helps tremendously.
Persona 4 / Golden[]
Intrepid Knight appears as a normal enemy in Paradises 8 and 9 of Heaven within the Midnight Channel. It will alternate between using Power Charge and Physical attacks. Despite its weakness to Electricity, the damage received from it will be negligible and it will shrug off the damage from All-Out Attacks and Almighty skills as well. It will receive normal damage from Fire, Ice, and Wind attacks. If Kanji is in the party or if the protagonist has access to Cruel Attack or Vile Assault, they can deal heavy damage by striking its weakness and following up with those skills instead of an All-Out Attack. If Silenced, it will continually try to use its skills instead of attacking normally. When defeated, Intrepid Knight may drop Platinum Reins. Selling six Platinum Reins at Daidara Metalworks will unlock the Kijintou for the protagonist in the shop.
In Golden, it appears in Paradises 5, 8 and 9 of Heaven. It uses Blight and Tempest Slash as its physical attacks of choice, but can no longer boost them with Power Charge. It may also use Revolution to boost its critical rate. It may also drop Sphalerite for trade at Shiroku Pub.
Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth[]
Intrepid Knight appears on floors 6 through 9 of the Clock Tower. Weak to both Wind and Light, it attacks with Physical skills and may take attacks in the place of allies with Safeguard. When defeated, it may drop Knight Piece, Knight Reins, and Knight Lance. Knight Reins is used to create the Soul Crusher for Junpei and the P4 hero, and the Christ Mirror for Kanji.
