The Intelligence Building is located in Shibuya and can only be accessed after receiving the passcode from a Messian priest in Nakano, which can only be reached after defeating Pazuzu.
The Intelligence Building is full of machines, including automatic cannons which will inflict damage on the party. On 2F, the protagonist can play Devil Busters again, this time the bottom floors of Daedalus are available. After completing Devil Busters and downloading the Devil Analyzer from the console, the automatic cannons in the building will no longer fire on the hero's party.
